Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. During collection launches, limited-edition drops, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will do our best to notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Limited-Edition Collections
Styled & Spritzed operates through exclusive collection drops released throughout the year. Because of the limited nature of our collections, certain items may sell out quickly and may not be available for replacement once shipped. We encourage customers to inspect their orders promptly upon delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Styled & Spritzed is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at brooke@styledandspritzed.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Styled & Spritzed is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
Damaged Items
We want every Styled & Spritzed order to arrive beautifully and safely.
If your order arrives damaged, please email brooke@styledandspritzed.com within 5 days of delivery and include:

Returns & Refunds
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, all items must be:
Unused and in their original condition
Returned with all original packaging, tags, inserts, and materials
Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at brooke@styledandspritzed.com
Please include:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the packaging
We will gladly work with you to replace the item (if available) or issue a refund as appropriate!
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Styled & Spritzed is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Limited-Edition Collections
Because our collections are released through limited-edition drops, we cannot guarantee that replacement items will be available. If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued.
