There’s something incredibly special about bringing a home back to life — especially one with the potential to become a gathering place for years to come. Over the past few months, we’ve quietly been working behind the scenes on our newest flip project here in Greenville, and while we’re still in the early stages, it already feels like one of the most exciting homes we’ve taken on yet.
Tucked away in one of Greenville’s most desirable locations off Augusta Road, this home is being thoughtfully reimagined into a timeless, family-centered space inspired by classic Georgian architecture and the warmth of Connecticut-style homes. Think layered neutrals, traditional detailing, soft textures, and rooms that feel elegant without ever feeling untouchable. Our goal has always been to create homes that not only photograph beautifully — but truly live beautifully too.
Right now, we have all of our drawings finalized and are currently waiting on permit approval before construction officially begins. If all goes according to plan, the finished home will feature 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, approximately 3,750 square feet, and a beautiful backyard designed for slow mornings, dinner parties, and everything in between. We’ve poured so much intention into every detail already, from the exterior architecture down to the overall feeling we want the home to evoke when someone walks through the front door.
One thing we’ve learned throughout this process is that the best homes are never about trends. They’re about creating spaces that feel timeless, welcoming, and layered over time. We’ve been especially drawn to a softer neutral palette for this project — warm whites, muted stone tones, aged brass, natural textures, and classic millwork that feels collected rather than overly designed. We want the home to feel as though it has always been there.
There’s still a long road ahead before this project is complete, but we’re so excited to finally start sharing little glimpses of the process along the way. From architectural plans and exterior details to material selections and behind-the-scenes moments, we can’t wait to bring you along as this home slowly comes to life.
Stay tuned — this one is going to be special. Take a look at the before & *hopefully* after rendering.
Xx, Brooke
